Information pursuant to articles 7 and 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and ex article 13 European Regulation 679/2016
The company PUSTERLA S.N.C. DI LORENZO PUSTERLA & C. informs that in accordance with current legislation, regarding the processing of personal data, every operation concerning them will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency.
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 n. 196 (Privacy Code) and of the art. 13 European Reg. 679/2016 it is communicated that it will have as object the customer's personal data, or common and/or particular data.
The customer’s data processing:
will be carried out to execute contractual obligations, to respond to specific requests, to fulfill legal obligations, with particular reference to tax and fiscal legislation, as well as to provide (if requested) commercial information on products and/or services.
It will be carried out in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, transparency and necessity and, in any case, subject to the adoption of adequate security guarantees (art. 46 Reg. EU 679/2016) such as to guarantee the right of access for the interested part.
It will take place exclusively by personnel appointed by the owner and appropriately trained, at the company's registered office and at any external managers appointed. The updated list of data processors can be requested from the data controller by e-mail.
It is also specified that:
The provision of data is obligatory as it is necessary to execute the pre-contractual and / or contractual obligations, and that any refusal could lead to the failure or partial execution of the contract or the impossibility of fulfilling any requests made by the interested parts
The data provided will not be disclosed, although they may be communicated to any external managers whose list may be requested from the data controller also by e-mail.
Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. At the end of this period, in compliance with the principle of necessity, the customers data will be treated exclusively for the time necessary further to the fulfillment of the legal and tax obligations.
Customer’s data cannot be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
Please note that:
The customer has the right to exercise the faculties provided by the art. 7 (Privacy Code) and 13 of the European Regulation 679/2016.
In particular, he has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing at any time and upon simple request, he may: request access to his personal data, receive them, transmit them to another holder of the processing without impediment, obtain the update, limitate the processing, rectification and cancellation of those treated in contrast to the current legislation.
Please note that the customer has the right, for legitimate reasons, to object to the processing of personal data concerning him and to object the processing for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct sales and for carrying out market research.
The customer is also entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the event of a breach of the law.
